Jiuzhou Optoelectronics Technology was established in October 2004, with registered capital of USD20 million.As a national high-tech enterprise, the company has established provincial technology center - LED research center and the postdoctoral research stations, three joint laboratories respectively with Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hong Kong University of science and technology and the University of electronics science and technology of China, strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen University. Jiuzhou also takes up multiple "China high technology research and development program" (State 863) project, including the research of 100 lumens per watt of high power LED, the core technology of LED street light and the research and industrialization of LED lighting products using in railcar carriage and ship. The company has two factories both in Shenzhen City and Sichuan Province, with an area of 50.000 square meters and 12,000 square meters respectively. The factories are extra clean and anti-static and the laboratory owns many top-brand imported automatic equipments such as automatic Die Bonders, Wire Bonders, automatic sorting machines, auto lamps with complete analysis systems, just to name a few. Jiuzhou Optoelectronics Technology has built professional LED dice and luminaire laboratories in Shenzhen and Sichuan, which has the world’s newest experimental instruments and simulation programs for optics, thermology, etc..
